More Coverage of Call for Delay in CIRM Chairman Election

The San Francisco Business Times late yesterday carried a story on the “strong” recommendation by the state's top fiscal officer to cancel tomorrow's scheduled election of a new chairman of the California stem cell agency.

What, oh what, will happen in the new term, if Klein is voted in again as Chair?

    a. No state paycheck for 1 to 12 months of 1/2 time work? (This is the one I'd like to see; after all, Klein reportedly said he WOULD NOT take a state paycheck if voted in for another 12-month term!)

    b. The current state paycheck scenario at $150,000 for 12 months of 1/2 time work?

    c. A big $132,249 state paycheck for 3 months of full-time work?

    d. A bigger $264,499 state paycheck for 6 months of full-time work?

    Let's stayed tuned and see!
